These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Coopreta Agritek Finovation Pvt. Ltd. (“Coopreta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law.
- Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part hereof.
2. Nature of Services (Important Disclosure)
Coopreta is a technology-driven agri-fintech infrastructure provider.
Coopreta does not act as a lender and does not provide loans from its own balance sheet.
During Phase-1, the Services are limited to technology access, platform features, and pilot enablement.
Any lending activity, if undertaken in future (Phase-2), shall be carried out only by RBI-regulated NBFCs, under separate agreements and subject to explicit user consent and applicable laws.
3. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Use of Services
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Prohibited Use: You shall not use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory guideline.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Services are the exclusive property of Coopreta or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.
6. Data, Consent & Privacy
- Use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is collected and processed only with explicit consent, as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Users may withdraw consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of violation of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice, subject to legal requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coopreta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
